ElevateHER Policy Templates
ElevateHER was created to turn insight into action – not just to highlight the challenges women face at work, but to give organizations practical tools to address them.
As part of this effort, we’re sharing a series of policy templates to help create more inclusive, supportive workplaces for women across the events and marketing industry.
Our first template focuses on menstrual health, menopause, and fertility. It’s flexible, easy to adapt, and free to use – designed to help companies move from intention to implementation with confidence.
Driving change: ElevateHER report
Focused on actionable data, our research shapes initiatives that drive real change for women in the workplace. After gathering insights through a survey distributed across our network, we’re now publishing this report to highlight key findings. The report covers important topics like female health, parental leave, and caregiving, offering a detailed look at the current landscape and providing policy recommendations to support meaningful change.
