What We Did

Elevate Global partnered with Kilowatt Events to bring the Wrex Coast Tour to life in Los Angeles, where Wrexham AFC’s women’s soccer team, backed by Ryan Reynolds and featured in the popular series ‘Welcome to Wrexham’, made their U.S. debut. The fan fest, spanning two days at UCLA, provided an engaging environment for fans of all ages.

How We Did It

Elevate supplied a team of 15 brand ambassadors and an experienced team lead to support various activations, ensuring a dynamic and well-coordinated event. Our BAs greeted guests, provided directions, and facilitated activities, while the team lead conducted check-ins, headcounts, logistics and staff coordination to ensure everything flowed smoothly. The success of the Wrex Coast Tour was a testament to Elevate Global’s ability to connect fans with the spirit of Wrexham AFC.
