Elevate played a key role in connecting over 20,000 Disney Fan Club members at the D23 Expo. Premium subscribers of D23 received exclusive access to various attractions, the opportunity to meet cast members, and exclusive previews of what’s in store for the future.

How we did it

Our services included providing helpful directional staff to guide attendees, efficient line management to ensure smooth flow, and hosting meet and greet sessions. Over the course of three days, the conference saw an impressive turnout of 20,000 enthusiastic attendees, managed by our team of 126 staff members.
