What We Did

Sheertex needed a way to introduce their ultra-durable tights across H&M stores nationwide and empower staff to showcase them effectively. Elevate rolled out a hands-on campaign, recruiting over 190 Brand Ambassadors led by five Regional Managers. This program focused on two goals: engaging customers on Sheertex’s unique fabric technology and training H&M employees on key selling points.

How We Did It

Through intensive onboarding in product features and merchandising standards, along with weekly evaluations, Elevate ensured consistent, high-quality in-store representation and ongoing staff training across 140+ locations. This approach guaranteed that Sheertex’s unique benefits were confidently conveyed to shoppers. Owing to the successful results from the initial five-week period, Sheertex extended the campaign for an additional five weeks, maximizing reach and sustaining momentum.
