To meet the task, Elevate hired a full-time dedicated Project Account team and set up a highly structured sourcing and screening program for all staffing hires. We worked with officials to manage communications and logistics, food supply and procurement, PPE stock, proactive weather closures, and deployment of the mobile vaccination pods. Our initial success in Orange County made us the proven partner for a similar project in Los Angeles County, providing the County of Los Angeles full-service management of daily operations and logistics at four Megapods. In addition, Elevate managed the sub-contracts for Fire Apparatus and Operators, as well as Utility Vehicles & Radios. This structure allowed County Fire, Lifeguards, and Librarians to resume their job duties with the County during re-opening and fire season.
