What We Did

Elevate Global’s event staff took a central role in the pilot of Uber’s latest kiosk product at Toronto Pearson Airport, acting as the primary point of contact for travelers to educate them about the new service, encourage its adoption, and provide technical support, while closely collaborating with Uber’s tech and product teams to deliver daily feedback on user experience.

How We Did It

Elevate put together a dedicated team of 8 Brand Ambassadors who committed to a demanding schedule, covering shifts 7 days a week for 2 consecutive months. We carefully screened candidates to ensure they not only embodied the brand but also had the necessary tech savvy. We created a thorough training program, including brand and program training, hands-on sessions at the airport, and coordination with badging requirements.
