We provided specially trained brand ambassadors to do a variety of tasks at the pop-up such as explain the Clearpay app to consumers and encourage app downloads and sign ups, get “festive” nails or make up done by Boots’ make-up artists/nail technicians, spin a wheel for a chance of winning a prize, show customers how to redeem £5 Boots vouchers to use in store. Our team interacted with loads of customers and were success in increasing awareness of Clearpay overall.
