As part of our target to elevate diversity, we conducted our eighth Diversity and Inclusion survey to help identify areas for improvement to increase diversity, equity and inclusion in both our corporate offices and field staff teams. This year's survey results reveals how we're diversifying within our internal and external staff, as well as how we're creating inclusion and belonging sentiment in order to level up and be better together.
