Introducing #ElevatingPeople: Our Brand Ambassador Training

Our people are our greatest asset, and our success depends on attracting and retaining the best in the market. We are committed to nurturing our talent by moving beyond simplistic skills development, instead opting for a holistic personal development approach. Our approach allows us to engage authentically, drive innovation and initiative, evolve our insight and cross- cultural intelligence, create distinction and guarantee Elevate’s sustainable evolution.

In response to the impacts of the pandemic on our event staff, we launched #ElevatingPeople, our training course for employees. We surveyed 60,000 of our Brand Ambassadors across the globe to understand how Elevate could support them during the crisis. Self-improvement was at the top of the list. We are now propelling #ElevatingPeople further. Working with industry experts we have created bespoke training to support our purpose commitments, identifying four areas that matter the most to our people: sustainability and diversity, equity, and inclusion and also featuring our code of conduct.

Our specialised training is designed to set our field staff up for success. By completing it, it shows their commitment to a more sustainable and inclusive world. It also enhances their profile for future job opportunities with us as clients are looking for fully training staff.

How is the training structured?

The training is available on Typeform, which doesn’t require an account or sign-in. You’ll start by watching a 15-minute instructional video, followed by a 5-minute quiz to assess your understanding.

The quiz features interactive feedback – if you answer incorrectly, you’ll be notified and redirected to try again. You can attempt each question as many times as needed. To successfully complete the training, you must achieve a 100% pass rate on the quiz, ensuring you fully understand the material.

How can I access the training?

Once you’re scheduled for a shift, you will start receiving daily emails if you haven’t completed the required training. This ensures regular reminders and encourages prompt completion of the training to meet job requirements. Emails are sent via training@weareelevate.global.

How long does the training take?

The full training takes between 15-20 minutes and you only need to do it once.

Who do I speak to if I’ve got a problem with accessing the course?

What if I’ve already completed this course?

If you’ve completed the module on Typeform but are still receiving emails, please contact training@weareelevate.global with your name and the email address you registered on our database. A team member will look into this for you. Please note, this is a completely new course from the version on PageTiger.
