Getting pronouns right is fundamental to respecting a person’s gender identity, and although this signature request may be small, we feel that it’s a big step in the right direction.
By making this change, we hope it will allow our trans and non-binary colleagues to affirm their gender identities and prevent incorrect assumptions from being made about gender or gender-neutral names.
