What We Did

Elevate partnered with multiple retail stores such as Best Buy, Game Stop, Toys R Us and Target to promote the launch of the Nintendo Switch Ring Fit Adventure game over the holiday season. Our role was to create a campaign that informed customers about the launch and incentivised them to demo the game before purchase. We were well aware that the customer awareness of a new product would not be enough to encourage sales, so we knew we had to turn it up a notch by building excitement around it.

How We Did It

Our ‘Nintendo Experts’ demonstrated the product and actively played the game for the duration of their shift.​ Elevate understood the need for experienced, fit, and enthusiastic brand ambassadors for this campaign, so recruits underwent a thorough interview process to ensure they were right for the role. They also took part in training to give them hands-on experience before the activation went live. ​​ Because the campaign was so successful, it carried over into the New Year to keep up with high consumer demand.​
