At Elevate, we are passionate about nurturing our teams by ensuring that they have all the tools, skills and resources they need to thrive in the workplace. In response to the impacts of the pandemic on our event staff, we launched #ElevatingPeople. We surveyed 40,000 of our brand ambassadors across the globe to understand how Elevate could support them during the crisis. Self-improvement was at the top of the list.
Now, we’re propelling #ElevatingPeople further. Working with industry experts we’ve created bespoke training to support our purpose commitments, identifying four areas that matter the most to our people: sustainability and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Our sustainability course explores the fundamental causes of climate change, the environmental impact of travel and clothing manufacturing, and practical strategies to reduce these impacts. Our DE&I modules introduce core concepts, inclusivity, intersectionality, allyship, psychological safety, and empathetic communication. Through this holistic approach, we aim to engage authentically, drive innovation and initiative, create distinction and guarantee Elevate’s sustainable evolution.
