What We Did

To celebrate their new Long Acre store opening, lululemon captured public attention in Covent Garden with a vibrant pop-up event in the bustling Piazza. Featuring an eye-catching lululemon-Ade Truck offering refreshing lemon-inspired smoothies, visitors also enjoyed tranquil escapes at Meditation Stations—stationary tuk-tuks for quick meditative breaks. Our friendly Brand Ambassadors were there to welcome and assist visitors.

How We Did It

Our event staff supported lululemon’s event by guiding guests through meditation sessions, assisting them with the technology, and distributing surprise tokens that could lead to special gifts at the new store. Working together, they ensured a seamless experience for all guests they interacted with. This immersive experience was also completed with DJs at the store, enhancing the festive atmosphere. ​
