What We Did

Manchester City FC’s official retail partner, stichd, aimed to create an impactful retail experience in New York City, promoting the world class football team’s pre-season US tour. Located at the foot of Rockefeller Centre, the pop-up store was set up with the aim of generating buzz and enthusiasm among their US fan base for three months. stichd needed a reliable partner to manage high customer volume and ensure an exceptional shopping experience; luckily Elevate Global was able to provide a skilled team of Store Managers, Retail Assistants and backup staff to enhance fan engagement, boost sales, handle operations, and deliver top tier customer service.

How We Did It

The responsibilities of our event staff included store setup, overseeing custom t-shirt designs, facilitating photo opportunities, interactive games and a video game station. During a designated Marketing Week, special fan interactions with star players significantly boosted engagement and elevated Man City’s brand presence in New York City.
