After gathering insights through a survey shared across our network, we’re now publishing this report to highlight key findings. Supporting the Next Generation

As part of our ElevateHER initiative, one of our key pillars is Supporting the Next Generation—empowering young women as they begin their careers in the events industry. To bring this to life, we welcomed Hollie, a Sociology, Social Policy and Crime student, to Elevate Global for her placement year. Joining our Impact team as a Project Coordinator, Hollie has been gaining hands-on experience. We sat down with her to hear more about her journey, ambitions, and what she’s learned so far.
