Our team of passionate brand ambassadors, local to the area and event, supported BBC Sounds with this exciting activation.
Due to the location of the festival, our staffing team had to carefully select staff not only local to the area, but willing to camp on festival site too. However, with over 40,000 brand ambassadors on our database, this was no concern. We ensured to book staff passionate about music and festivals for such an immersive experience.
The team checked in daily with the client to ensure that we were continually meeting their needs, and we continued to receive positive feedback on both our staff and the overall performance of the activation too.
