Crafting an unforgettable film premiere for “Ugo: A Homecoming Story” during NBA All-Star Weekend in Houston, Texas

What We Did

Elevate partnered with Perfect Cartel for this ground-breaking film premiere and watch party: WhatsApp’s first original film airing on Prime Video and Youtube. The film centers on Global basketball superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks, as he returns to his roots in Nigeria and reconnects with his family, his heritage and himself.

How We Did It

Elevate was tasked with providing three skilled Production Assistants to oversee this immersive experience. Our dedicated team orchestrated the venue setup and post-event clean-up, guided and engaged guests throughout the process, and provided creative design ideas managing the jersey customization station. Our PAs helped ensure the audience immersed themselves in every emotion, making the Houston premiere a standout success.
