Streamlined staffing for a memorable festival experience
Elevate provided a large number of varied staff to assist in the annual light art festival, which took place on Randall’s Island. The festival lasted for three months and our team were responsible for registration, giving directions, collecting tickets at the booths, managing the booths themselves, handling point-of-sale systems, and taking care of retail duties.
Elevate recruited and trained a team of 40+ Brand Ambassadors and Team Leads to manage the light festival. They scheduled and coordinated staff for their shifts, strategically assigning them based on their unique skill sets to oversee specific areas of the light festival. With a daily workforce of 20+ staff members, Elevate provided initial support from their Head Office. They implemented effective onsite management tools for POS systems and cash handling.
