What we did

After a successful first collaboration last year, Jack Morton and Elevate are teaming up again to support META at the 70th Cannes Lions. Elevate France was responsible for recruiting, training and managing the Brand Ambassadors on the ground. Our team of 41 Brand Ambassadors, 3 Team Leaders and 2 Event Managers was divided between the two areas dedicated to Meta: the Majestic Hotel and Meta Beach. These teams were recruited on the basis of their experience, skills and passion for technology.

How we did it

In order to provide Meta with the best possible staff, Elevate called on our team of Brand Ambassadors created especially for Meta, who were able to accompany the brand to several events across the country, including Cannes Lions 2022. We also provided bespoke training to ensure our team was fully prepared to represent Meta. In addition, Elevate’s flexibility was essential in finding solutions to unforeseen conditions, including climatic challenges, ensuring the continued success of the collaboration. The event provided hundreds of interactions with an international audience, perfectly handled by our fully bilingual staff, while taking into account climatic considerations to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.
