We had the chance to liven brand experiences across activations for Mastercard and Land Rover.
We made sure to leave our mark at the 2023 Rugby World Cup at various touch points. For Land Rover, we supported our client by providing staff fr their mascot program for just over a month; and for Mastercard, Elevate were asked to lead all on all staffing aspects for their hospitality program, that took place from Sept 8th, to the 28th of October.
For Land Rover – feauturing their newest Defender model – we provided 12 event professionals who met the extensive criteria of wBhat the client was looking for. Team members took on the role of driving the children of guests to host cities, ensuring a pleasant experience for them. Across at the Mastercard campaign, we had just 1 month to recruit the field team, making sure to provide bilingual and multilingual profiles that could cater to a large amount of guests. To cover any contingencies, we also set up a back-up plan involving 10% of the workforce. The back-ups have all attended training sessions.
