What We Did

Having a list of 50 consistent stores from all over the UK, Elevate have managed to create a community of knowledgeable, trained brand ambassadors to represent brands at Waitrose, with great success. This activation is now running into 2023.

How We Did It

Our retail staff undergo weekly training sessions by Elevate HQ for the various brands featured at Waitrose. This includes creating specially designed infographics, developing quizzes, and producing interactive training videos. We prioritise food safety certifications and create strong relationships between brand ambassadors and their stores, ensuring they act as an extension of the store teams.
