What We Do

Having a network of 70 Waitrose locations nationwide, Elevate has built a community of knowledgeable, trained Brand Ambassadors who consistently deliver success for brands like Alpro, TRIP, and Cadbury’s. In addition to in-store tastings, our team has supported Waitrose with new store openings in locations such as John Barnes and Finchley Road. Our Brand Ambassadors undergo weekly training tailored to each brand, supported by custom infographics, quizzes, and interactive videos created by Elevate HQ.

How We Do It

We ensure all staff are certified in food safety and foster strong connections between Ambassadors and store teams, enabling seamless collaboration. Nickie, Tastings and Events Senior Executive at Waitrose, shared her thoughts on the partnership: “We’ve enjoyed working with Elevate over the last year to deliver our Branded Tastings across branches and we have a great relationship with the team.
