What We Did

Elevate Global provided six teams to amplify Amex’s presence at Wimbledon 2023, bolstering brand recognition and engagement. A highlight was the exclusive Card Member Lounge, offering American Express cardholders personalised experiences and custom merchandise through a collaboration with Ralph Lauren. The Fan Experience area welcomed the public with games, complemented by a Jason Mark shoe cleaning partnership. The queue team engaged visitors, surprising them with Centre Court tickets and exclusive amenities. Kiosk and retail teams strategically enrolled cardholders in cashback promotions. The dedicated American Express suite team extended premium hospitality.

How We Did It

Our success stemmed from assembling specialised teams to cover various aspects of the event. Coordination was achieved through a well-structured team of 50 staff members and managers, led by a senior event manager who served as a central communication point.
