Coca-Cola, one of the partners of the Olympic Torch Relay, celebrated the arrival of the flame in London with a special concert in Hyde Park to open the London 2012 Games, and Elevate were at hand to support with staffing

What we did

The Olympic Torch Relay is accompanied and supported by Coca-Cola. Elevate accompanied Coca Cola in this activity in order to guarantee a refreshing drink for consumers. A comprehensive and tailor-made recruitment programme was put in place. It lasted over a month with the final decision resting with the client. Out of 78 candidates, one finalist participated in a three-day final selection process and casting.

How we did it

Training and efficient logistics were put in place for the event, with high volume supply management and an incentive programme. Overall, over 1 million samples were distributed by our Brand Ambassadors, and we retained 100% of staff throughout the event.
