What we did
We had to train our team to use our Impact platform expertly, pass on this expertise to other Orange staff, set up tablets for real-time data collection, while customising KPIs to meet our client’s specific needs. This challenge pushed us to push our boundaries to offer an integrated solution that combines technological and human expertise, while remaining flexible to meet the specific requirements of our customers. Our success in this venture demonstrates our ability to take on complex challenges and deliver an exceptional experience for our partners.
How we did it
To meet this challenge, we provided dedicated stand staff trained in the use of Impact, as well as tablets equipped with Impact, which enabled all the key performance indicators required by Orange to be measured in real time. Over 1,200 people responded to a detailed questionnaire, providing a wealth of valuable data on a variety of aspects. Crucially, the KPIs are customised by our clients, and at Elevate we adapt to each event.
