How Our Festival Staff Elevated the Festival Scene in 2023

2023 was a bumper year for Elevate at festivals, both in the UK and around the world. Together with our clients, we travelled the globe providing festival staff to make a massive impact and be part of the memorable, shareable moments that festivals are famed for. As always, our festival teams are carefully selected because they will often be onsite for the duration of the event maintaining the face and feelings that our brands rely on.  That’s what our database of 40,000 qualified, vetted, and enthusiastic ambassadors is built on.  

BBC Sounds at Boardmasters Festival

Elevate festival staff has supported BBC Sounds at Boardmasters over the past 2 years to deliver an immersive soundscape experience at the feel-good festival in Cornwall, United Kingdom. At this activation, our Brand Ambassadors showcased BBC Sounds’ range of incredible music genres over five days – creating interactive excellence.  

Vodafone charging stations – Glastonbury

We represented Vodafone at the mighty Glastonbury Festival in Somerset, United Kingdom, connecting crowds at their eye-catching charging stations and making sure Vodafone was embedded as a brand synonymous with the festival experience.  

There’s nothing worse than missing a pic because of 1% battery or failing to find your friends because there’s no reception. Our ambassadors were on hand to make sure that didn’t happen with charging stations and Wifi access at key locations.  To ensure maximum impact, Elevate festival staff had daily check-ins to make sure they were confident and able to deliver the high standards that the project required.   

Like the UK, America has an impressive calendar of festivals, each with its own distinctive ethos. In 2023 the global team at Elevate worked tirelessly to represent clients at some of the finest festivals the US has to offer.  

Hawkers sunglasses showcase – Coachella

Elevate festival staff were present at the lavish Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California, helping Hawkers showcase their range of sunglasses. The team were kept busy on their feet, distributing more than 2,000 samples with queues around the block…  

Meanwhile at a private party not far away, another Elevate squad were making sure Liquid IV hydration mocktails were serving influencers and icons at an exclusive VIP activation.  

Sonic Drive-in, Mini golf at Bonnaroo! 

We were a big hit at Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Tennessee where Elevate festival staff were above par on the Sonic Drive-In mini golf range across the 4 days. With a footfall of over 80,000, the client was consistently impressed by the enthusiasm and professionalism of Elevate staff. 

Elevate in Europe – Lollapalooza and Rolling Loud Festival

In Europe, Elevate supported the Coke Studio at the riveting Lollapalooza Berlin, Germany, at an awe-inspiring collab between Coca-Cola and Universal Studios in a creative space for new and established musicians. Elevate festival staff were collecting feedback and encouraging attendees to share their thoughts and sign up to complete surveys and win prizes.   

We were also in Munich, Germany, representing Levi’s at Rolling Loud and working with titans of tech, TikTok, Pinterest and Meta in exciting activations across Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in Cannes, France. 

Consistently global 

Our international reach and reputation mean that Elevate can provide teams to global events for any brand of activation, and not just any teams. At Cannes we sent tech enthusiasts, at Lollapalooza our staff are alive with smiles, at Glastonbury our people put in the miles.  We’re excited about what 2024 will bring and already have some exciting plans to support at Tomorrowland Festival and more.
