We recruited, carried out in-person training, and deployed skilled Brand Ambassadors in strategic John Lewis locations, including three key ‘Hero’ stores with higher foot traffic. With the campaign starting on November 1st and ending on Christmas Eve, it’s safe to say it was a resounding retail success with tens of thousands of samples given out nationwide. We also received an impressive 98% shift compliance score, with strong reviews coming from members of both John Lewis and Fever Tree for our teams’ exceptional performance.
