For the past four years (and counting!), Elevate has provided premium hosts and hostesses for Marriott’s stadium suites around the world, to assist in providing a truly VIP experience for their most valued customers and executives. From London and Berlin to Chicago, LA and NYC – our global training program and unified standards ensures that we deliver a consistent experience no matter what the territory.
How We Did It
Working closely with Marriott, we took the time to understand exactly what was expected from this VIP experience, and to learn about their luxury portfolio of brands so we could be sure to find the staff to match and uphold these standards.
How we succeeded
Ensuring our clients had a centralised Account Manager in each market (NAM & EMEA) was essential to delivering streamlined and consistent service.
